Source to Pay: Persona and Journey Mapping

As User Experience Lead, guided and coached the Global procurement reporting / Accounts Payable reporting (GPR/APR) Transformation team as they sought to better understand and evolve Procurement, Spends, and Payment data and reporting. The 8-person team conducted over 35 interviews in addition to their day-to-day responsibilities, resulting in 5 personas representing key segment roles and 4 commodity manager journeys representing specific functional business areas.

Significant differences among types of commodity managers were noted. As a result, deeper dive interviews were conducted to establish journey maps across various functional business areas.
